The Robot Coupe R2N Ultra Combination Processor is a bowl cutter and vegetable prep equipped with a cutter attachment for chopping, fine mincing, emulsions, grinding and kneading, and a vegetable preparation attachment for slicing, grating, ripple cut slicing, and julienne.

  The motor base direct drive induction motor is designed for intensive use and has 1 hp. It has a stainless-steel motor shaft and can run on a speed of 1725 rpm. The cutter function works with a 3-quart poly-carbonate bowl with a handle and a high resistance smooth blade assembly. The vegetable function preparation attachment is equipped with 2 hoppers. It has 1 large hopper and 1 cylindrical hopper with a removable bowl and lid. You can prepare 850 servings in 3 hours or less and in less than 2 minutes you can make a bowl of mayonnaise, a steak tartare, and a carrot puree or a fruit compote. The removable chute and feed lead are dishwasher safe and for easy cleaning. There is a range of 23 stainless-steel discs available to choose from.
