Dexter-Russell S158SC-PCP Sani-Safe Scalloped Utility Slicer Knife
The utility knife is a compromise between the larger chef's knife and the smaller paring knife. They can serve a multitude of purposes and are frequently utilized by the extra hands of the sous-chef.
This Sani-Safe 13483 Utility Slicer Knife has an 8" scalloped edge and is constructed of DEXSTEEL, a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade, with an individually ground and honed edge. It also has a white, textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene handle which withstands both high and low temperatures.
