OptiClean Peg Rack is a full size All-purpose peg rack which securely holds plates, smaller trays and platters with 2-1/4"H standard pegs. It has an inside height of 3-1/4" and is made of blue polypropylene. This peg rack features plate locks, double-wall construction, quick draining, and comfort curve handles on all 4 sides. It's open design promotes even and thorough washing, drying and draining. This rack stacks securely with other industry standard warewashing racks.
