Cambro 22HP110 Hot Food Pan
Cambro's High Heat Food Pans are ideal for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens, and hot holding applications. They reduce unnecessary handling, you can use these high heat food pans from everything from prepping, cooling, to oven or hot holding applications at a temperature range from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. They are even safe for use in high-temperature commercial dishwashers.
The Cambro 22HP-110 insert pan is 1/2 size and is 2-1/2" deep and is constructed of hi-temp plastic. This insert has a polysulfone, non-stick surface that will not bend or break.
